You can complete it at your own pace. The goal is a consistent process, not more trades.

Day 1

Read the news calendar before the chart

Check the economic calendar, mark high-impact USD events, and note the windows to avoid demo entries.

Day 2

Watch XAUUSD on the live desk

Open quotes/chart, observe spread and key price zones. Just record context; no trade needed.

Day 3

Size risk for a sample setup

Pick an entry, stop loss and small risk amount. Use the lot calculator to understand position size.

Day 4

Read one academy lesson on risk

Review risk per trade, stop losses, and why increasing lot size after losses is dangerous.

Day 5

Journal one demo trade

If you placed a demo trade, log entry, SL, TP and the reason. If not, journal one observed setup.

Day 6

Review emotions and discipline errors

Read your journal and mark mistakes such as FOMO, moving stops, or entering before news.

Day 7

Write your personal process recap

Create your own pre-trade checklist: news, trend, risk, entry reason and invalidation point.
